Mika Realty, LLC will never send wiring instructions by email or change them by phone. Criminals impersonate real estate agents, escrow officers and lenders to steal closing funds. Always verify wiring instructions by calling your escrow officer at a known, trusted phone number before sending any money. If you receive a suspicious request, do not reply—call us at (808) 960-9723 and report it to the FBI at ic3.gov.
