Aloha!

With over twenty years of experience, I specialize in all aspects of  real estate including the lease, sale, and management of residential properties. 

Prior to founding Mika Realty, LLC, I was the Principal Broker of a brand new million-dollar development in Kapolei. Overseeing 499-affordable and market rentals, I hired and managed a full staff of licensed agents, a maintenance team and facilitated third-party vendors.  However, a main part of my career was traveling island wide, managing condos, single family homes and apartment buildings for over 150 individual homeowners. 

Aside from my family, my passion is the ocean! From surfing to snorkeling and everything in between. You can catch me in the waves or atop a mountain for a nice hike! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising and all things fun with the kiddos. 

It is always a joy to help others.  My clientele include first time homeowners, developers and investors, who have praised my professionalism and strong people skills. I believe that proper and open communication is a threshold for success.
