Aloha!

With over twenty years of experience, my expertise include the lease, sale, and management of residential properties throughout the island of Oahu.

Prior to founding Mika Realty, LLC, I brokered a brand new luxury development in Kapolei, overseeing 499-affordable and market rentals. I hired and managed a full staff of licensed agents, maintenance team, facilitated third-party vendors, and worked with contractors and a corporate team to ensure the full development and lease-up of a million-dollar project. Being the face of aloha and the pinnacle of a marketing brand based on locally founded, high luxury branding, I was awarded for my perseverance and passion for the field of real estate including my generosity of helping my local community. I have performed as an integral role in both corporal and privately owned companies proving to be asset and success in any environment.

Aside from my family, my passion for nature is unquenchable. From surfing to snorkeling and everything in between. You can catch me in the waves or atop a mountain for a nice hike! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising and all things fun with my two teenagers. 

It is such a joy to help others.  My clientele are a vast range of first-time homeowners, developers and investors, who have praised my professionalism and strong people skills.
